Join us for a unique guided tasting that dives into one of the most fascinating – and finely balanced – aspects of traditional method winemaking: dosage.

In this guided tasting, you’ll explore how Digby stacks up against its international rivals – from the chalk coils of sussex to the rolling hills of Champagne, the Prosecco hills of Italy, or the sun-drenched vineyards of the New World.

The Vault Collection
August 30th, 2025 – £45
The vault collection experience offers you a chance to sip on sparkling wines that have rested patiently in our vault – wines rarely poured outside of special occasions. To complete the experience you may even be treated to a not yet released Digby cuvee, tasted before it reaches the wider world.
