We’re super proud to announce that our Customer Sales and Service Manager, Gaby Rondelli has been awarded the coveted 30 under 30 award from Harper’s Magazine.
This list celebrates the next generation of our wonderful wine and spirits trade who are shaping up this industry with purpose and innovation. Harpers state; ‘We hope the Harpers 30 Under 30 list serves as both a celebration and a compass for the trade.’ Judged by some of the industry’s top brass, candidates were nominated by their peers and a long list is formed. Candidates are then invited to submit information against six areas of criteria: Leadership, Commitment, Communication, Innovation, Education and Sustainability.
Gaby joined us in July 2022 as Assistant Hospitality and Marketing Manager in 2022 and found a quick alignment with consumer sales and hospitality. Always putting the customer first and making it look easy.
At Digby, we are passionate about making some of the best traditional method fizz there is, wine that is true to the unique terroir of England. Kenelm Club is at the heart of our business and Gaby leads it with aplomb. Gaby is constantly on the look-out for how to engage and entertain our members and how to collaborate with all departments within our company.
Gaby is fierce about her wine – she received distinction in both her WSET Level 2 and Level 3. Gaby is an intuitive leader. If something needs structuring, doing properly and with a smile, Gaby sees it and jumps on it so that she can ensure her customers will get a good service. Her burgeoning business and sales skills are helping Digby to make the most out of things in this tough market, while also laying the ground for our longer-term plans.
We’re excited to see what’s to come for Gaby… all we know is, the sky is the limit!
