Description
The first wine to enter Digby’s long aged range, this white fizz is made from only red grapes of the 2010 harvest. A striking example of what makes English wine special, it was exclusively released to our Kenelm Club members during the height of lockdown in 2020, bringing joy to us all with its rich, creamy and surprisingly savoury array of flavours.
Only 1,500 bottles created.

Head Blender notes:
“This is a wine with a roar! A delicate and refreshing nose builds to a deep, powerful finish, with intensity and weight on the palate. Notes of rhubarb, cream and brioche are supported by a satisfying spiciness and a complex, gunpowder finish. I was so excited to let this one out of the cellar – it opens up a whole new world of food pairings. A precious gem in Digby’s crown.”
