The first Digby wine to earn our Long-Aged moniker launched June 2020, initially only available to Kenelm Club Members.   This is our first ever Blanc de Noirs which showcases the best Pinot red grapes from a decade ago.   A white fizz made only with red grapes, it is a beautiful expression of what is unique about English wine, and deftly shows the magic of traditional method sparkling winemaking.

With only 1,500 bottles created, this is the latest gem in the Digby crown.
